Our History
Born from decades of experience with HR technology, Hollaroo was founded to take advantages of new approaches to finally deliver the value contained within networks of people.
Hollaroo is trusted by industry leaders to grow communities & develop lasting relationships.
Born out of the ATS industry, Hollaroo was founded to solve a simple-to-describe yet difficult to master talent challenge.
Why do Talent Acquisition teams re-advertise for the same roles over and over again, when there’s highly valuable candidate data sat in their ATS? The additional costs are significant and yet few master the art of talent community building and utilization. Because it’s perceived to be too difficult and labour-intensive.
Enter Hollaroo.
Whilst deployable for building and engaging communities such as referrals, alumni, early talent, contractors and internal mobility, Hollaroo’s origins were in taking candidate data from ATS’s and socially engaging candidates using client marketing content – to re-energise their interest in the client brand, educate on that brand and ultimately serve them jobs that over time they would develop into being capable of filling. All without any human interaction required.
